What a cookie is, and what we use instead

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. We also use local storage and session storage, which work the same way from a privacy point of view. Where this policy says "cookie", it covers all three.

We keep this short on purpose: this website sets five cookies, all of them first party. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not sell data to anyone, and we do not embed third-party trackers to follow you across other sites.

02

Your consent, and what happens without it

Strictly necessary cookies are set as soon as you open the site, because the site cannot work without them. Everything else — preference and analytics cookies — is set only after you agree, under Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 on Electronic Communications, which implements the ePrivacy Directive. You are asked on your first visit, and you can change the answer at any time in cookie settings.

If you refuse, the site keeps working. You will be asked for your language on each visit, and we will not be able to count your visit in our statistics. Nothing else changes, and no feature is withheld from you for refusing.

Your choice is stored for twelve months. After that we ask again. You can change it at any time — see Section 5.

"Session" means the cookie is deleted when you close your browser. Cookies set inside the Tandevia application after you sign in are covered by your organisation’s agreement with us and by our Privacy Policy, not by this page.

04

The three categories, in plain terms

·Strictly necessary — signing in, keeping you signed in, protecting form submissions, and remembering that you answered the cookie question. No consent is required and these cannot be switched off.
·Preference — your interface language. Set only with your consent; refusing costs you nothing but the convenience.
·Analytics — aggregate counts of visits and pages, IP address truncated before storage, no cross-site tracking and no profiling. Set only with your consent.
05

Changing or withdrawing your choice

·Use the cookie settings panel at the bottom of this page, reachable from the footer of every page. Your new choice takes effect immediately.
·Or delete the cookies in your browser: Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari all offer this under privacy settings. Deleting tandevia_consent makes us ask you again.
·You can also block cookies entirely in your browser. Strictly necessary cookies will then be blocked too, and signing in to the Tandevia application will not work.

Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and we do not treat a withdrawal as a reason to degrade the site.

06

Third parties

We host our own fonts and assets rather than loading them from a third-party network, so opening a page on this website does not disclose your visit to anyone else.

This website embeds no advertising pixels, no social media widgets and no session-recording tools. If we ever add a third-party service that sets cookies, we will name it in this table, place it behind consent, and update the date at the top of this page before it goes live.

07

Personal data and your rights

Cookie identifiers are personal data under the GDPR. The controller is Forscope a.s., Lidická 960/81, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, company ID 04885414. The legal basis is your consent for preference and analytics cookies, and our legitimate interest in operating a functioning and secure website for the strictly necessary ones.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase this data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7). For the full picture, read our Privacy Policy.

08

Changes to this policy

If we add, remove or repurpose a cookie, we update the table and the date at the top of this page. Where a change requires your consent, we ask again before it takes effect. Previous versions are available on request.
